There are no extra costs hidden, you will be fully aware of all costs prior to your agreement with working with us.

During this consultation, if you decide that you want to work with us, we will get specific requirements from you. For example, if it is a website, we will need to know whether if you have a color theme preference and so on. Once we have the information necessary, our team will start working on the design and give you a demo to review. If you are happy with this design, we will then go forward with the functionality of the website and always keep you updated of any major developments. This same process applies for artwork and software development. For search engine optimization, we do offer you some guidance in choosing relevant keywords to help with your rankings. However, you can choose your own keywords. We always keep our clients updated of any progress. Any other services not mentioned above also follow a similar process where prior to any major step in its development, we send you a demo to review and get full written confirmation. This has proven to be the most efficient way to avoid wasting any time and going over the agreed budget as well.

Yes. We can supply this for you at a cost that will be discussed in your initial consultation.

Sometimes when we receive an amend request to the design of the website, you may not see it displaying accurately. The best way to solve this issue is by firstly going to the settings of your browser and deleting all the history, cache and cookies. Sometimes you are not seeing the latest version of the website and this tends to be the main reason why display issues happen. It is also important to verify if you have the latest version of your browser. Older versions are not compatible with many features that are currently used in web design practices and this could also be the reason why you are having problems. Update your browser by going to its official website and get the official latest version.
