Terms and Conditions of our fees and payments

• All our clients must pay our fees, including VAT
• Fees will vary from the package you choose, or alternatively prices can be determined on a fixed price bases.
• Submitted invoices to clients need to be paid immediately
• All Multi Dimensions’s payments can be paid in currency.
• Some of our services may require a deposit. If this is the case, then clients must pay this immediately upon signing the associated purchase order.
• If for any reason a client wishes to change their package, an additional cost will be added.
• Should a client refuse to pay, Multi Dimension Web Solutions have the right to demand the full balance of the fees owing.
• If clients do not wish to use our service halfway through optimizing, a cancellation fee will be charged.
  We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by viruses or other harmful technology material that may have an impact on your computer.

Cancellation

• Any cancellations need to be handwritten with an explanation of why you wish to end our agreement.
• Payment fees must still be paid up to the agreed cancellation date.
• Clients must give Multi Dimension Web Solutions a considerable amount of time when wishing to cancel.

The Process of our Service

Proposal

Multi Dimension Web Solutions will provide a document which will include a detailed analysis of what is wrong with your website and how we can fix it. We will include a free quotation

Preparation

We investigate the best options for your website to be successful and then provide clients with a site map for the software. We ask for a response within 5 day for you to let us know if you require any adjustments

Design

We always inform our clients of an estimated time their design will take to implement. If your website is a new development, then Multi Dimension Web Solutions can be flexible on the design to ensure client satisfaction. Once your website is complete and you have sent written confirmation that you are happy with it, the website will be set up accordingly and any further amendments will be at an additional cost.

Content

Keyword analysis will been done, so that we can write your content to guarantee you target visitors. We will notify you on how long this will take to do.

Development

We perform SEO on your site that will include:

• Google analytics code
• Meta delta-title/description/keywords
• Content
• Site map
• Search engine friendly structure- (navigation bar)

Testing

Multi Dimension Web Solutions will test the software to ensure everything is working correctly, prior to delivery to the client.
We expect our clients to test the software and notify us within 10 working days if there are problems or issues with the software. Changes can be made if necessary and once the client accepts, we will ask for written confirmation. If the client fails to write back to us within 30 working days, the software shall be deemed accepted.

Maintenance

If the service you request requires ongoing maintenance, then Multi Dimension Web Solutions welcome our clients to use our helpline that is available from 9.30am to 5.30pm (India time) on normal UK business days.

Variations

We may change these terms of use at anytime by amending this page. We expect you to check this page occasionally and take note of any changes we may make. Some of our requirements may also be published elsewhere on our site.
